Founder and CEO
Tiffany Pham’s grandmother was a mogul. She ran newspapers across Asia, providing access to information for those who needed it. On the day her grandmother passed away, Pham promised her that she would do everything she could to uphold the family legacy and provide access to information for the world. She carried that thought with her as she attended Yale and then Harvard Business School. She carries it with her today as founder and CEO of Mogul, a technology platform that enables women around the world to share ideas and advice, connect and gain knowledge.
Quick Tip: “Be extremely resilient. Just know that even if you face a no, that no is likely just a ‘not right now.’”
After Pham found success working for the likes of Universal Pictures, BBC and HBO, she realized young girls would write her letters asking her what articles she read every day and how she found access to such great opportunities. She saw a gap in the marketplace for a female-driven exchange of content, so she created it. What started as just one woman, wearing all the hats at the company, now reaches 18 million women each week.
Pham serves on numerous nonprofit boards, including the business committee of the New York City Ballet, which she has been a part of for nearly 10 years. “I also serve on the board of directors for No Limits Media, which works to support people with disabilities through media and entertainment,” says Pham.
