To this day, Terrie O’Connor Realtors maintains a large staff and operates a pre-licensing school to ensure employees are properly educated. ONBOARDING FAMILY: As Terrie O’Connor Realtors grew, O’Connor decided to include the next generation in her business. CULTURAL VALUES: Philanthropy is at the core of Terrie O’Connor Realtors’ structure and culture. In the past year alone, the company has hosted a mobile blood drive, supplied holiday dinners, organized a team for Relay for Life, collected mittens and toys, and supported the Saddle River 4K Run.
LASTING LEGACY: When O’Connor started the business 25 years ago, she had no plans for it to become a family business. Yet, Terrie O’Connor Realtors’ growth had an impact on her children as they helped out in the office and traveled with her to properties. O’Connor says she has also seen generations of clients’ families come back again and again.
