Lisa Morgan has successfully worked with leaders of Private, Non-Profit, and Federal, State, County, and Local governments nationwide to help them achieve their performance goals.  Lisa has also led several large-scale change management initiatives to enable client organizations to adopt new behaviors and practices that establish a measurable high-performance culture.  She attributes her success to her ability to align the Executive’s goals to the organization’s operations and to effectively measure outcomes.

Lisa holds a Master of Public Administration from the American University with a concentration in Organizational Development, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University majoring in Political Science.

Lisa’s graduate certificate in Information Systems is from Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, and her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is from Villanova University. Lisa is a certified Leadership Coach from Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
