With just over 60 employees, DiMassimo Goldstein is more like a large family than a small business, says Mark DiMassimo. The team is fully integrated, and members are knowledgeable about a variety of disciplines. “We don’t put anyone in a box. We expect creativity from ‘account people’ and expect strategic smarts from ‘creative people,’” says DiMassimo, who can often be found flying through the company’s halls on a razor scooter. DiMassimo Goldstein encourages fun in the workplace through events like its Festival de Cans, which invites guests to exchange a can of food for a can of beer, wine or soda. All of the cans are donated to a local food bank.
