In fact, the company has a dedicated fun committee. “Let’s be honest — things can get very busy and great company culture doesn’t just happen on its own,” says Mark Benhar. Benhar’s fun committee dreams up great ideas to liven up the workplace, schedules them, organizes them and then enjoys them alongside the rest of the company’s team. Past fun committee creations have included a tour of the Statue of Liberty and volunteer days at the NYC Covenant House.
