Earning his way up from the ground floor — learning the sales, credit, operations and underwriting processes — Scott took over the day-to-day operations of GFC in 2005. He sits on the GBC credit committee and is active in a variety of industry organizations, including the Turnaround Management Association, International Factoring Association and Commercial Financial Association. Scott is also a regular speaker and has published several articles for the International Factoring Association. He serves on the board of directors for the Cancer Wellness Center, a non-profit organization that provides free psychological, emotional and social support to cancer patients and their families.
