In partnership with commercial landlords, Convene leverages its workplace-as-a-service platform to provide on-demand solutions for building tenants and their employees. “One of the biggest challenges we have faced is our team’s bandwidth, and determining how to best prioritize among the increasing number of business opportunities that are being presented to us,” says co-founder and CEO Ryan Simonetti. “Our executive team has started to adjust our departmental roadmaps and assume that we will be growing three times over the next 12 to 24 months, which means that our hiring and onboarding processes … will be critical for us. We are seeing a strong referral pipeline of future talent from our existing employee base, which is really encouraging.”
