THE EVOLUTION OF GROWTH
When TTI Environmental, Inc. was founded in 1985, it went by a different name, and was known for inspecting and testing underground storage tanks for leakages. Today, the company has evolved into a multidisciplinary service with a reputation for working with public school systems, municipalities, and state and federal governments. It has come a long way, and CEO William P. Dolan attributes its growth to the intelligence, dedication and ethics of the company’s staff. “We have been quite fortunate in attracting and engaging personnel who have contributed to the growth, success and business development of the company over the years,” he says.
Quick Tip: “Our reputation and annual growth is the result of recruiting dedicated staff with great capabilities and strong work ethic, plus personalities that work well with our clients.”
In recent years, TTI has seen many changes that have led to a significant increase in business, including its classification as a service-disabled veteran-owned business. This new status has enabled the company to win contracts with units of the federal Department of Defense. What’s more, TTI was able to acquire a small environmental company in Massachusetts, thereby adding civil engineering services to its list of overall capabilities. Moves like this will help the company double in size over the next five to 10 years, Dolan believes. Besides expanding its existing client base, TTI is also planning to make several acquisitions over the next few years.
