Through a combination of organic growth, new products and services, geographic expansion and acquisitions, Centric experienced a 37.6 percent increase in revenue between 2012 and 2015.

Maintaining the necessary staffing levels was one of Centric’s major challenges as it grew. “Centric employs five full-time recruiters who are dedicated to staffing all positions with high-quality professionals who care about our customers and their co-workers,” says president Rick Bastinelli. The company also uses personality profiles to determine whether an applicant “has the can-do and will-do to be a solid team match for the position.” As a result of expanding its geographic footprint, Centric also encountered challenges with delivering its products and services to a larger marketplace. “By staffing regional branch offices and creating new management positions within the organization to support these environments, we have been able to successfully support these areas,” says Bastinelli.
