When FedBiz IT opened its first office in 2013 in the HUBZone area of Leesburg, VA, it had one employee and focused on writing proposals to get established. Today, the company has seven employees, including five sales team members. FedBiz IT’s three-person executive team, comprising CEO and CFO Nina Tiaga, president Don Tiaga and vice president of business development Chuck Spence, gives the company structure and formality in an otherwise laidback environment.
