Though Aerzen USA Corporation has been in the U.S. market since 1983, in just the past few years, it has more than doubled in size, says president Tony Morris. Today, Morris says the company is a market leader in wastewater aeration applications, and has expanded its presence in the process gas applications for the petro-chemical industry. But the company is planning to expand even further. Aerzen USA is currently undergoing an expansion of its Coatesville office to align production capabilities with continued growth expectations. By 2022, Morris says he anticipates the company having doubled in size once again. Even in a market dominated by competitors that offer lower rates, Morris says Aerzen USA succeeds “by offering greater value with our solutions. … With each solution we deliver, we deliver quality, know-how, service and efficiency.”
Quick Tip: “Hire for attitude, train for skills, and empower your employees to deliver.”
Under Morris, Aerzen USA has adopted a triple-bottom-line approach, focusing on people, the planet and prosperity. When Morris first joined Aerzen USA, he says the company lacked focus, and he decided it was important for leaders to stay out of the day-to-day fire fighting as much as possible. “We deployed a lean strategy deployment tool this year that keeps us focused on the most important initiatives we are driving in the company,” he says.
