Jane Barr Pino
Jane Barr Pino & Associates (JBP&A) assists associations, foundations and membership organizations with event management, project leadership and back-office management. “After seven years as a personal assistant and office manager for David Marshall and Ken Balin at Amerimar Realty, it seemed only natural to play off my strengths and offer my services to the public,” says Jane Barr Pino, principal of JBP&A.
Fun Fact: “I just served as co-chair of the Maternity Care Coalition’s annual fundraising event, and we raised more than $100,000 for the cause.”
In 1987, Barr Pino hired her sister as her first employee. “Since then, I have carefully considered how each hire would fit into the organization in terms of what skill they bring to the team and how I can develop their expertise further,” she says. “Working together in a culture of acceptance enables us to coach one another to overcome obstacles and meet challenging customer requirements.”
For Barr Pino, professional and personal growth is about relationships. “Being in the public eye and delivering at the highest level is how I have become the association management firm of choice in the Greater Philadelphia area,” she says.
