Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Pharmacy focuses on building a caring, committed community that promotes the success and well-being of each team member. That’s why no birthday goes unnoticed and employees enjoy social hours together, as well as open discussion through the school’s focus groups and town hall meetings. Outside the office, employees get together for family nights, which include discounted tickets to Broadway shows. The School of Pharmacy holds Workout Wednesdays to promote healthy lifestyles, and Fit-Friendly Fridays, which allow employees to dress down in an effort to encourage physical activity. In fact, the school has received an American Heart Association Innovation Award for its fitness programs. Each year, the School of Pharmacy sponsors the Princeton Half Marathon and covers the costs for employees to participate.
“We focus on our people, and we strive to create a culture focused on our people. It is only when they are happy and fulfilled that we can assure they are at their best for our students, our partners and our community.”
