At the end of the year, all employees, including drivers and maintenance staff, get a bonus based on performance. Office staff also have the flexibility to change hours with each other and take vacations whenever they like, as long as their shifts are covered. “I want my employees to enjoy their job and not feel like they are trapped,” says Vigliante.
