“In 2010, I was hired to run the marketing department and brand our organization,” says Randi Pincus, director of marketing for Integrated Medical Professionals, PLLC (IMP). “I had the challenge of creating an identity for more than 40 urology offices that were each known under a different name. Although I knew that recognition could be achieved, the cost to successfully complete this endeavor with so many identities would be prohibitive.” Instead, Pincus recommended creating a unified brand under a single name.

As part of establishing the IMP brand and growing its census, Pincus launched a patient satisfaction program. “The physicians and office staff were given monthly scores, and received real-time comments,” she says. “For the offices that needed to improve, I provided strategies for the doctors and office staff to optimize our patients’ experience.”
“Since joining IMP, I’ve learned a great deal about prostate cancer and how the diagnosis, treatment and mortality rate has changed through the years,” Pincus says. “Each year, I volunteer at prostate cancer awareness events and create an annual, multi-pronged prostate cancer awareness campaign with partner vendors.”
