CCS works hard to ensure its employees are engaged. “In addition to offering industry-leading compensation, [we offer] annual trips, tickets to all Charlotte sporting events, happy hours and catered lunches, to name a few,” says Telmanik. Recently, CCS purchased and began renovating a 6,200-square-foot office building. The new location will provide an onsite fitness center, lounge and fully stocked kitchen. So far, the company’s strategy for employee engagement has been paying off, with CCS boasting a retention rate far above the staffing industry benchmark.
