Solid results: Since the inception of KELLY’s wellness program in 2011, the company has achieved 60 percent employee participation. One of its success stories is an employee named Tim. Tim’s goal was to increase his muscle mass, agility and speed. Through one of KELLY’s programs, he dedicated himself to achieving this goal and worked with co-workers to achieve it. Ultimately, he lost 30 pounds. Earlier this year, Tim participated in his first 5K.
