OVERCOMING CHALLENGES: “As a direct marketing company, you’re only as good as your last promotion,” says Ward. “The creative aspect of developing the next idea, the next big promotion, can be daunting.” However, periods without new ideas are when his team is at its most creative, he adds. “Our team has done a great job working ideas that are more evergreen, to keep revenue flowing.”
