OVERCOMING CHALLENGES: For Daw, the biggest challenge was realizing that there can be more than one effective way to do a task. This included “realizing that others’ experience, different from my own, can yield the same or a better result.” This realization has led Daw to embrace a collaborative culture where the team talks openly about how different communication and behavioral styles are addressed.
DRIVING VALUE: A number of executives suggested Daw create a training centered on using LinkedIn for sales and leveraging existing relationships. The result was Maximize LinkedIn. To date, there have been more than 500 Maximize LinkedIn trainings for professionals and companies locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
