OVERCOMING CHALLENGES: Raines’ biggest challenge was not feeling ready for her promotion to chief credit officer. “Fortunately, I have had a team of supporters who have always pushed me to make myself ready for whatever comes,” she says. “They believed in me, and I was not going to let them down.”

DRIVING VALUE: Raines has created an internal manual of guidelines for sales and operations staff. “This has simplified the parameters that everyone needs to execute their jobs, and has made our production more efficient.”
